House Mouse Design Of The Month for March has just arrived.
These little mice are so cute! Wouldn't want them running around
the house but they sure make cute cards. Supplies and directions are
listed below:
Stampabilities Gentle Rain Rubber Stamp
Stampabilities Rain Down On You Rubber Stamp
Black Ink Pad
Glittter Glue
Water Color Pencils
Yellow Ribbon
Yellow cardstock 3 3/4" x 4 1/2"
Dark Purple cardstock 5 1/2" x1 1/2"
Green cardstock 5 1/2" x1 1/2"
White cardstock 3 1/2" x 4"
1. Stamp Gentle Rain with black ink.
2. Color mouse and flowers with colored pencils.
3. Score the yellow cardstock 1 1/4" from the left side and fold over toward front.
4. Hold the stamped image and the yellow cardstock and rip the right hand side
downward.
5. Slip the stamped image under the small flap and staple in place.
6. Glue the green cardstock strip across the bottom half of the purple cardstock
about 1/2" from the bottom.
7. Glue the matted image on the green cardstock strip on the left side of the card.
8. Tie a bow with the yellow ribbon and glue on the green cardstock strip on the
right side of the card.
9. Apply glitter glue to each raindrop.
10. Stamp Rain Down On You on the inside of the card.
