House Mouse Design of the Month


The new House Mouse Design of the Month has just arrived.
They are so cute! Wanted to share how to make a card with these
cute new stamps.
Supplies needed:
Stampabilities Morning Kick Start rubber stamp
Stampabilities Warm Cup of Coffee rubber stamp (for the inside)
Black ink pad
Heat gun
scissors
glue
black eyelets
small hole punch and eyelet setter
small spoon
markers
cardstock
black 5.5x8.5 (fold in half to make card)
tan 4x5 1/4
brown 2 1/8x3 1/8x4
ivory 2 1/8x3 1/8x4
Instructions:
1. Stamp Morning Kick Start with black ink on large ivory cardstock. Sprinkle
with black embossing powder and set with heat gun.
2. Color embossed image with markers. Highlight the cheeks with blender pen
dipped in pink.
3. Stamp Warm Cup of Coffee on ivory cardstock strip. Use scissors to cut out
the word friend.
4. Glue "friend" to the small peice of brown cardstock.
5. Set the 3 eyelets along the bottom of the left side of the kraft cardstock in a line.
6. Glue the kraft piece of cardstock with the eyelets to the front of the black card front.
7. Glue the stamped image to the larger brown cardstock. Since they are the same
size offset the papers to make it look shadowed. Glue this above the 3 eyelets.
8. Glue the matted "friend" piece to the top left side of the stamped image.
9. Glue the small spoon to the bottom right of the card.
10. Stamp inside with the Warm Cup Of Coffee verse
