Lesson Two: Ink
Basically there are two types of Ink:
1. Pigment
2. Dye
Pigment ink pads are slow to dry and can be used with or without embossing powder.
Dye ink pads dry almost immediately once stamped. You can't use dye ink pads for
embossing because they dry so fast that the embossing powder can't stick.
